GUAGUA -- Police the other day arrested a woman they believe to be a big-time illegal recruiter operating in this town and nearby areas.

The suspect was arrested by elements of the Sta. Cruz Police Station and the Manila Police District by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Gregorio Pimentel of Guagua RTC Branch 50.
According to Chief Insp. Wilson A. Santos VI, municipal police chief, one of the victims of Soliman had been instrumental in informing the authorities of the whereabouts of the suspect.
Soliman is wanted for a series of estafa cases, police said. Most of her victims are from Guagua. She is also an illegal recruiter promising her victims fake jobs,
Soliman is among the 10 Most Wanted Persons in Guagua and places third within the ranking of criminal cases under estafa and illegal recruitment.
“We are calling all of those who have been victims of this suspect to please come and file necessary charges,”
Soliman had been transferred to the Guagua district jail while waiting for the schedule of her hearings.
